The vehicle can be rented by persons over the age of 23 who hold a driver's license for at least 2 years.

The rented vehicle must not be used:

under the influence of alcohol, sedatives, narcotics, sleeping aids or other drugs;
for illegal purposes (eg criminal acts, customs and foreign currency violations...);
for paid transportation of passengers or goods;
for any competition, speed trials or races;
for driving or towing other vehicles, trailers or any object;
when it is not in driving condition;
for driver training.

The service user is obliged to:

not to load the rented vehicle with persons or objects exceeding the permitted weight;
not to cross the border of Serbia with a rented vehicle without the permission of Ultra Drive rent a car;
to bear the costs of used fuel;
that in order to extend the agreed period of use of the vehicle, request the consent of Ultra Drive rent a car 48 hours before the expiry of the deadline for returning the vehicle;
to stop driving immediately if the odometer breaks down during use and inform Ultra Drive rent a car about the odometer breakdown in the fastest way;
if when returning the vehicle it is found that the odometer is damaged, pay Ultra Drive rent a car the amount of expenses for 500 kilometers for each day of vehicle use;
that the vehicle is properly maintained and stored during use;
to return the rented vehicle within the agreed period or earlier at the request of Ultra Drive rent a car;
to use the vehicle only for his own needs and not to rent or lend it to a third party;
to pay all amounts of fines pronounced against him in connection with the use of the vehicle, and caused by his personal fault (violation of traffic regulations);
to protect the interests of Ultra Drive rent a car and its insurance company in the event of an accident by:
which will record the names and addresses of participants and witnesses of the accident;
that he will not leave the damaged vehicle until he has removed it from the scene of the accident and secured it;
which will immediately inform Ultra Drive rent a car about the damage, even if it is slight;
that in the event of major damage to the vehicle or if there are injured persons in the accident (even when it is obvious that other persons are at fault), they will immediately call and wait for the arrival of the traffic police in order to carry out an official investigation;
which will submit a written accident report to Ultra Drive Rent a Car.
